Breguet has broadened its renowned Marine collection by adding new models adorned with exquisite gemstones. These contemporary timepieces are designed with a modern aesthetic that evokes a strong sense of adventure and a yearning for the open seas.<\/span><\/p>\n

As if to evoke sunshine sparkling on the water, eight diamonds replace certain hour markers on each dial, while the bezel is decked out with 50 diamonds. This model features several of Breguet\u2019s notable aesthetic attributes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Firstly, the facetted gold hour and minute hands are luminescent and display the famous eccentric open-tipped style.\u00a0 In a reference to maritime signals, the tip of the seconds hand signifies the letter \u201cB\u201d for \u201cBravo” in navigation codes. At 3 o\u2019clock, the crown guard is distinguished by the wave shape characteristic of the Marine line.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The profile (caseband) of each model bears the fluted motif featured on the majority of Breguet watch cases. Abraham-Louis Breguet’s love of functional and elegant watchmaking led him to adorn the caseband of most of his watches with guilloch\u00e9 and fluted patterns.<\/span><\/p>\n

This signature style gives a more refined appearance, while also making it less likely to slip from its owner’s hands, and has been faithfully preserved by the Manufacture.<\/span><\/p>\n

These models enrich the range of chronographs in the Marine Collection and adopt several of Breguet\u2019s cherished aesthetic codes. Crafted in white or rose gold, these sporty new versions feature a deep blue dial embellished with wave motifs, and hand-guilloch\u00e9 within the Manufacture.<\/span><\/p>\n

The dial’s abyss blue is lit up by the sparkle of eight baguette-cut diamonds dotted around the chapter ring. <\/span>This radiant effect is further enhanced by luminescent hands and Roman numerals. Three 30-minute, 12-hour and 60-second chronograph counters appear at 3, 6 and 9 o\u2019clock respectively. <\/span>The date window is located between 4 and 5 o\u2019clock, and the bezel of this new edition is adorned with 90 baguette-cut diamonds adding extra radiance.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
