The brand’s flying tourbillon automatic movement was debuted in 2019, but it wasn’t employed in a women’s watch. Chopard, on the other hand, is using this caliber to power two new Flying T Twin women watches.<\/p>\n

The flying tourbillon is visible via a wide aperture at 6:00 on the dial, compensating for mistakes in timekeeping caused by gravity when the watch is worn in certain postures on the wrist. The Chopard Manufacture caliber L.U.C 96.24-L movement features two stacked barrels with Chopard’s exclusive Twin technology, providing 65 hours of power reserve with very accurate adjustments.<\/p>\n
A 22-karat gold micro-rotor performs the automated winding and the platinum version showcases a micro-rotor set with diamonds. The watch also has a stop-seconds feature, which is unusual for a tourbillon and allows the wearer to set the time to the exact second. Furthermore, because the caliber is ultra-thin, the watch’s diameter does not need to be too huge. These new variants have a diameter of 35mm.<\/p>\n

Chopard provides ladies the option of a sophisticated mechanism in a lovely case with this timepiece and its strong mechanical movement that has been certified as a chronometer. The two watches are being produced just in time for the holidays, one in 18-karat ethical rose gold and the other in platinum.<\/p>\n
A mother-of-pearl dial with brilliant-cut diamond hour markers may be seen on the ethical gold version. The dial on the platinum version is entirely set with 282 diamonds, while the case on the ethical gold version is encrusted with diamonds. Each will be limited to 25 pieces.<\/p>\n
Chopard manufactures the complete 189-part movement in-house, and each component is rigorously polished to high standards, earning the watch the Poin\u00e7on de Gen\u00e8ve seal, which attests to the watch’s quality. A glare-resistant sapphire crystal and an exhibition case back complete the watch.
